KPI & Metrics Manager

The KPIs and Metrics workstream is one of the foundational workstreams of the Data Governance program. The KPI and Metric Manager is a key role in the DGO that is responsible for the tracking, management and reporting of GDG Office metrics across adoption, infrastructure and value. The KPI and Metrics Manager will generate reporting status reports and dashboards and be responsible for presenting updates on the workstream as part of Data Governance Board Meeting and Data Governance Office Team meetings,

Key Accountabilities:

Workstream Owner Lead KPI and Metrics workstreamCreate status reports and dashboards reflecting the health of the workstreamsIdentify items for escalationWorkstream Management Identify, track and manage workstream milestonesActively manage workstream risks and IssuesReport Generation Design and implement metrics and dashboards for GDG KPIs and metricsGenerate periodic dashboards in support of monthly Data governance Board meetingsCreate visualizations which easily-appropriately communicates the metricReport Automation Identify process improvement opportunitiesAutomate disparate reporting processesStakeholder Management Collaborate with members from the Data Governance Office, business and Corporate IT to create dashboards and visualizationsQualificationsSkills:Effective understanding and appreciation of Data Governance and reportingExcellent problem-solving, written communication, collaboration, team leadership, and critical-thinking skillsHands-on experience creating dashboards and visualizations, with ability to interpret data and produce meaningful insights and to build high-volume data-driven solutionsAbility to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and collaborate on cross-domain issuesKnowledge and Experience: Experience with automating reports and dashboardsAdequate experience / exposure to Data Management and Enterprise Information ManagementFamiliarity with Data Quality Management (DQM) and/or the Issue Management & Resolution (IMR) processStrong familiarity with business processes in the context of the data domainPrevious experience in pharma and/or life sciences relating to the underlying domain Education:Bachelor’s in computer science or a relevant field is preferable.EEO DisclaimerParexel is an equal opportunity employer.  Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to legally protected status, which in the US includes race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
