IMPORTANT:   In order to be considered for this position, a resume/CV must be uploaded and submitted during the application process.  Please make sure work history and education are added correctly.    Job Description We are seeking for a Regulated Office Use Specialist who will support the organization with the regulated use of Microsoft Office 365 and SAP BusinessObjects by consulting users and support creation of compliant and efficient solutions in Microsoft Word, Excel and SAP BusinessObjects. Automating workflows in Excel and Word with Visual Basic for Applications. Supporting users with the development and executing of qualifications of Spreadsheets and BusinessObjects. Serve as System Administrator for third-party Compliance Tools (such as Add-Ins for Microsoft Excel).

Flexible Location

Responsibilities:

•    Consult on creation and optimization of Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets, Microsoft Word Documents and SAP BusinessObjects for regulated use.

•    Support users with creation of Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets ranging from simple data entry to complex calculation spreadsheets

•    Support users with creation of Microsoft Word Documents and Templates

•    Support users with creation of SAP Business Objects

•    Develop Visual Basic for Applications coding to support the automation and simplification of workflows covered by Excel Spreadsheets and Word Documents

•    Create/execute Qualification/Validation Scripts for Excel Spreadsheets, SAP BusinessObjects or other applications based on SOP requirements

•    Serve as System Administrator for third-party Compliance Tools (including User Management, Configuration of system and Change Control) Qualifications

•    Education Any combination of academic background and experience relevant to the position will be considered;.

•    Experience:  1-2 years related experience in coding (preferable in Visual Basic for Applications)  and advanced Microsoft Office 365 use. Prior experience working in a regulated environment (ISO, GxP) is preferred. Experience in using and creating SAP BusinessObjects preferred.

•    An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
