このポジションは、Q Squared Solutions Japanに所属し、臨床試験の検体の受け取り、保管、および移送を担当するチームを統括します。 日常業務が十分な品質で遂行されるように、チームの活動、作業、および、パフォーマンスを管理します。 チームの成長を計画し、かつ、新しいイニシアチブとサービスの開発を推進します。 臨床試験における重要な役割ですので、実際の業務はGCP ICH E6ガイドラインに従って行うことになります。

Responsibilities

• 組織のポリシーおよび適用される規制に従い、作業の計画、割り当て、および、業務指示を通じて、メンバーとチームをマネジメントします。また、上長として一般的な人事管理を担い、メンバーの採用、パフォーマンス評価とフィードバック、能力開発、人的な問題への対処を行います。

• 業務上、適切な品質管理システムと業務手順が順守されていることを担保します。全手順の文書化、手順に必要な修正のハイライト、迅速な修正を通じてSOPを維持します。

• インシデントレポートをタイムリーに完了させ、かつ、内部/外部監査での指摘事項のうち、関連分野についてその対応を管理します。

• トレーニングのガイドラインに従って新しい要員のトレーニングを確保します。また、必要に応じてメンバーの業務範囲を拡大/確保するためにクロストレーニング/リフレッシュトレーニングを行います。スタッフに役割を説明し、メンバーのCVやトレーニング記録を維持します。

• チームのContact Pointとして、プロセスの一貫性を推進するために、グローバルなカウンターパートと連携します。チームの問題に関連して、内部および外部のクライアントと連絡を取ります。

Location

オフィスベースで勤務いただきます。

当面は哲学堂オフィス(東京都新宿区西落合2-18-17)が勤務地ですが、2021年9月下旬のオフィス移転後はテレコムセンタービル(東京都江東区青海2-5-10)となります。

Requirements

■■必須(下記の全てを満たすこと)

・ 人員管理、目標管理、予算管理等一通りの業務経験を含む、3年以上の管理職経験があること。

・ 外資系企業、または、医療・ライフサイエンス業界での何らかの就業経験、または、左記に対する強い興味・意欲

・ 日本人メンバーと口頭で十分に意思疎通できる日本語能力

■■尚可

・ メールで簡単な英語のコミュニケーションができること。ある程度ヒアリングできれば尚可。但し、理想的には会議・メール対応などビジネスレベルの英語力を持つこと。

・ 読み書きを含むビジネスレベルの日本語能力。

・ 検体管理業務、検体発送業務(海外)の経験

・ 検査技師免許、検査センター、病院等での勤務経験

Job Overview

This position leads Pre-Analytical Team of Q Squared Solutions Japan, which handles receiving, storing, and transferring specimens of clinical studies. Manage the activities, operations, and performance to ensure daily requirements of the department are met in a quality manner.  Plan for department growth and drive new department initiatives and new product development. Perform work in accordance with ICH E6 Guideline for Good Clinical Practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff in accordance with organization's policies and applicable regulations. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; identification of resource requirements; progressing staff recruitment; appraising performance and guiding professional development; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing employee relations issues and resolving problems. Approve actions on human resource actions.

• Ensure adherence to appropriate quality control systems and procedures.  Maintain SOPs to ensure all procedures are documented and required amendments to procedures are highlighted and progressed immediately.

• Oversee the timely completion of incident reports and assigned internal/external audit findings.

• Ensure training of new personnel according to the time guidelines in the training plans and for cross-training/refresher training to ensure adequate staff coverage as required. Ensure maintenance of staff position descriptions, CVs, and training records.

• Act as department pivotal contact point.  Liaise with global counterparts to drive consistency of process. Liaise with internal and external clients in departmental matters.

Location

This role is office-based (Need to commute to the office).

Current office is in Shinjuku City (2-18-17, Nishi-Ochiai, Shinjuku, Tokyo). Will be relocated to Telecom Center Building (2-5-10, Aomi, Koto, Tokyo) in late September 2021.

Requirements

■■Essential (Who fills all of below)

・ 3-year management experience in human resource, business objective and budgeting.

・ Working experience in multi-national company or medical/life-science industry. Or eagerness to those business.

・ Japanese language proficiency enough to orally communicate with Japanese members.

■■Nice to have

・ Being able to communicate in English via e-mail and chat. Listening skill should be an advantage. Business level of English proficiency in all situations is ideal.

・ Business level language proficiency in Japanese in all situations.

・ Working experience in multi-national company or medical/life-science industries. Or strong eagerness to those business.

・ Job experience in specimen management/transferring.

・Medical Technologist license. Working experience in central laboratory or clinic/hospital.
