Business Intelligence Developer (Remote, WFH)

SKILLS:
- Proficient with Business Intelligence Platforms (i.e. Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, TIBCO Spotfire, R, etc.)
- Expert in SQL programming, database structures and schemas
- Expert in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, formulae, pivot tables, macros and VBA)
- Understanding of Lean and continuous improvement (Kaizen) principles preferred
- Demonstrated and proven project management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders with a customer service focus and mindset

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop and deploy reporting solutions for Phase I-IV clinical trials
- Meet customer requirements and timelines for report deliverables
- Manage development lifecycle of report generation (development, test/QA, UAT, bug fix/retest cycles)
- Ensure proper documentation of SQL code and report deployments in GitHub
- Maintain and support portfolio of standard and custom reports

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience), preferably in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related IT discipline
