margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to bring their experience of working within a CRO/pharma in to a strong leadership role within our proposal team.   In this role you will be building strong relationships with your direct reports, along with our oncology subject matter experts and our business development team.  </span></p><p style="margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">You will also have the opportunity to help develop the team and processes within the oncology group.   This role will also have visibility to look at the bigger picture, to see how the oncology proposals sits in the Labcorp business strategies and how you can help strengthen the company and team.</span></p><p style="margin: 0cm; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Assists Director with the implementation and development of global Client Service policies, procedures and SOPs</span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Bachelor’s degree required in related field or equivalent work experience</span></p><h2>Experience:</h2><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><ul><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Applicable minimum years of experience in related field, or an equivalent combination of education and CRO/Pharma/Other related experience to successfully perform the essential job duties</span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Direct CRO/pharma experience with 7 years in a supervisory role preferred</span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and ability to be persistent while maintaining tact</span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;
