The Position

We are looking for an Associate Manager, Market Development who will assist in the development and execution of the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the Real-World Technology Solutions (RWTS) business unit, which includes innovative technology platforms and service offerings. This position will be part of the GTM team to positively impact sales outcomes by driving awareness and adoption of RWTS offerings/capabilities both internally and externally. This includes developing captivating key messaging and content, delivering creative customer-facing assets, implementing strategic marketing campaigns for lead generation, preparing sales enablement materials for client meetings and conferences, and supporting thought leadership initiatives.

This position will report to the Director, GTM Strategy & Sales Enablement, RWTS

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy in alignment with IQVIA positioning to drive awareness and adoption of RWTS offerings/capabilities both internally and externally.
  • Create captivating content to power digital channels (website, blog, social media, email, etc.); develop and manage key messaging and content to support business strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with creative agencies and other third-party vendors to maximize investment and output of creative assets including video, graphics, copy, advertising spend, etc.
  • Work with the business development and operational teams to prepare sales enablement materials for client meetings, external conferences, presentations, workshops, etc.
  • Partner with corporate teams on thought leadership initiatives and secure opportunities to increase external exposure for RWTS through media placements and awards.
  • Create and maintain a repository of GTM assets for internal and external audiences; track and measure results on a regular cadence and identify areas for improvement.

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years related experience in GTM, Marketing, and/or Sales
  • Experience in healthcare or tech industries preferred
  • Ability to create value propositions and messaging strategies
  • Self-starter with a “take charge” attitude and the ability to work with minimal direction
  • Strong writing, communication, presentation development and delivery skills
  • Skilled in designing creative PowerPoint decks, comfortable working in excel, experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to build solid cross-functional relationships and work effectively within all levels a highly-matrixed organization
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced changing environment with a certain level of ambiguity
  • Innovative thinker with a desire for continuous learning
