【部門機能】

医療関連のデータを収集するシステムの導入、運用、保守

【業務内容】

•医療関連データを収集するシステムの初期導入を実施または作業指示を行う。

•医療関連データを収集するシステムの運用、保守を実施する。

•収集したデータの管理やデータを活用したりデータ収集をサポートする他の部署との調整や情報連携を行う。

•運用、保守対象の業務やシステムの改善活動を実施する。

【応募要件】

〇必須要件

◇担当いただくシステムの安定稼働への責任感と熱意がある方。

◇言語やプラットフォームは問わないが、オープン環境におけるハンズオンでのシステム開発経験があり、技術的問題発生時に、ロジカルかつ粘り強く根本原因を究明しソリューションを立案することができる方。

◇中規模以上のシステムのアプリケーション保守を行った経験がある方。

◇ネットワーク、ハードウェア、OSに関して一般的なIT知識を保有されている方。

◇誠実なコミュニケーション能力を有し、社内の関連部署と円滑なコミュニケーション、折衝ができる方。

〇あると望ましい要件

◇グローバル企業での、国際分業によるプロジェクト遂行経験。　異なる立場、異なる文化の協業チームと円滑なコミュニケーション、折衝ができる方。

◇医薬品業界を含む、ライフ・サイエンスに関連したプロジェクト遂行経験。医薬業界の知識。

◇チームリードもしくはプロジェクトマネージメント経験。

◇英語でのビジネスレベルの読み書きと会話ができること。（TOEIC 700点以上が望ましい）
