Position Purpose:

We seek candidates with strong subject matter expertise in the real-world domain inclusive of registry and health economics studies. Established business development acumen with strong connects among clients in India. Excellent understanding of the Indian healthcare system and reimbursement landscape. Strong understanding of innovative pricing models, access models, reimbursement programmes in India, and healthcare systems across the world. A minimum experience of 10 years in roles involving business development, delivery team leads and subject matter experts of which atleast 5-6 years should be of working on agency side/CRO. Knowledge and experience of working in local India market a must!

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Business development and client relationship management
    • Business development to expand the RWI Consulting, HEOR, Market Access & Analytics services
    • Identify new business opportunities and prospective clients, and prepare business proposals and price the services with extensive budget preparations
  • Understanding of policy environment of the country
    • Understanding the policy environment in country and develop strategies in line with the changing polices for market access and reimbursements for pharmaceutical and medtech products
    • Understand key market access related risks and study of healthcare systems to provide information related to country-specific reimbursement requirements and key policy changes
    • Collaborate with payers/providers to understand the reimbursement landscape and create value proposition for innovations by using pharmacoeconomic principles
  • Delivery head, project advisory and subject matter expertise
    • Stakeholder management (Internal & External)
    • Provide industry and subject area thought leadership for Market Access in terms of white papers, publications, customer and industry forums
    • Proactively work with stakeholders in areas of training, transition, quality control and assurance, transformation, automation and process improvements
    • Ensuring successful project deliveries, audit compliance and checks

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

  • Graduate in sciences, pharmacy or MBBS, Post graduate in management
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience business development, generating sales and as delivery team head for Real World practice
  • Strong knowledge about competition and their offerings
  • Strong client contacts with Indian affiliates and their counterparts
  • Strong understanding of policy environment and changing regulations for real-world studies in India
  • Associations with industry groups/bodies such as ISPOR, etc
