Then, you are the manager we are looking for!

Under the leadership of the Senior Director, Human Resources, you will be responsible for workforce planning and implementing proactive workforce planning, talent acquisition and human resources development strategies. Together with your team, you will be responsible for the continuous improvement of your processes, the implementation of exceptional customer service and the achievement of a high-level candidate/employee experience. You will act as a leader and a resource person for your employees in order to guide the organization towards best practices and innovation in talent acquisition and professional development. We are currently looking to hire a Manager for our Talent Acquisition team located at Senneville, Qc.

  . The following are responsibilities related to the role:

 

Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement a proactive strategy to identify internal and external talent; Identify key trends in talent acquisition, including the latest digital technologies and networking strategies; Assess the performance of current talent acquisition processes and recruitment tools; Act as a leader in updating talent acquisition processes, practices and tools in line with best practices; Establish partnerships with the Organizational Development Department and other internal departments to ensure an effective and welcoming integration experience for new employees; Act as a key liaison to manage external suppliers and service agreements for relevant contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements. Coach, inspire and motivate a team of recruiters; Coordinate and analyze psychometric assessments conducted by third parties;

Workforce planning: Pilot the implementation of the workforce plan; Develop the annual and three-year workforce plan; Strategically support management in the analysis of its workforce needs and talent acquisition priorities; In collaboration with the corporate team, implement an international attraction strategy; Manage the internship program in line with projected workforce needs; Implement and analyze the performance indicators of our talent acquisition practices in order to measure the effectiveness of the strategies and make recommendations; Contribute to the technological evolution of talent acquisition tools and ensure the optimization of the candidate management system (TalentHub); Develop, implement and maintain reports, metrics, data analysis and benchmarking for talent acquisition and workforce planning.

 

Training and Development: Coordinate and identify training needs and the development of the annual training program in partnership with managers and HR business partners; Develop talent development strategies; Coordinate the contribution assessment process.
