The Technology Poland Team provides tools supporting effective data analysis and making the right business decisions. The tools built by international teams meet the individual needs of the client, providing solutions in the areas of on-line communication, obtaining various data and conducting innovative marketing campaigns.

As a Technology Product Manager You will be responsible for managing IQVIA products delivered to clients, developing marketing strategies based on individual customer needs, cooperation with international IT teams supporting the quality and adequacy of prepared solutions, analyzing market trends taking into account the competition, providing data on innovative technological solutions that improve profitability, providing Go To Market materials and training as well as coordinating the work of sales, marketing, development and service teams.

Main Responsibilities:

• Suggest workable solutions to development teams with consideration for product contract, positioning, and market requirements
• Monitor and analyze market trends
• Studying competitors’ services and products
• Explore new ways of improving existing services and products as a way of increasing profitability
• Provide product training, relevant clinical papers, printed and electronic promotional material and the necessary technical expertise to sales team to enable them sell the product
• Identify and present creative and innovative product solutions
• Interface with development leads to make sure that product requirements are understood
• Coordinate product releases with the marketing, sales, development and service teams
• Answer product related inquiries

Desired Qualifications and Experience:  

  • Bachelor's Degree Marketing (BA/BSC) or equivalent Req
  • Relevant technical, functional and/or process expertise
  • Excellent project management and organization skills
  • Input into or management of project and team budgets
  • Excellent computer literacy, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to follow directions with minimal supervision, and judgment to know when to escalate and ask for guidance
  • Thorough understanding of the use of IQVIA’s data and products in the customer environment strongly preferred.
  • IQVIA systems and/or pharmaceutical industry knowledge required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Good understanding of the use of technology in Decision Support required.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, project management and planning skills.
