We expect that you will:</p><ul><li>Look for and capitalize on opportunities to motivate, reward, and celebrate successful team performance.</li><li>Support career development of CRAs/IHCRAs by mentoring and coaching</li><li>Promote work in compliance with SOPs, Study Plans, Manuals and tools.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Enable effective cross-functional team work</b></p><ul><li>Drive relationship-building across study teams, enabling bridges to ensure project deliverables are coordinated and met</li><li>Quickly identifying potential sources of issues (e.g., with patient recruitment and retention, monitoring visit strategy or SDV) and develop preventive solutions</li></ul><p><b>Delight your client</b></p><ul><li>Establish working relationships with sponsor teams which result in client satisfaction, operational excellence and thereby increase potential for repeat business.</li><li>Present with confidence and convincing knowledge protocol and study related procedures during client meetings, prior and post award</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Oversee Project Finances</b></p><ul><li>Monitor clinical project scope, schedule and costs to ensure all remain on track with the contract and with financial performance targets.</li></ul><h1></h1><p><span>All the above is essential CTL work.
