Senior Talent and Organization Development Analyst

The Senior Talent and Organization Development (OD) Analyst is a newly created position with responsibilities for supporting where talent and OD initiatives intersect.  This role will be responsible for helping to deliver sustainable and innovative solutions for key organizational and talent processes while bringing along critical stakeholders and building capabilities in the process. This role will report into the Executive Director of OD and will partner closely with the Talent Management (TM) and OD Team and other key stakeholders across the organization. 

Professional Experience:

• Credible specialist who has a proven track record in the delivery of organizational and talent programs and initiatives at complex, global life science companies known for progressive people practices.
• Strong analytical background, high attention to detail and comfort in working with talent and organizational data to drive reporting and presentations to support the TM and OD Team.
• Knowledge and experience in organizational diagnostics, change management, process diagnosis and design, capability building, and talent management.
• A strong relationship-builder that can quickly establish trust and credibility with key stakeholders.
• Collaborative working style with ability to challenge when needed and learn along the way.
• Demonstrated ability to work through high levels of ambiguity in a fast-paced business setting.

Responsibilities:

• Organize, help analyze, and develop reporting of talent and organizational data for programs, initiatives, and interventions that the TM and OD Team is leading.
• Partner with stakeholders in the effective utilization of existing enterprise talent management programs and tools.
• Help assess the performance and effectiveness of existing initiatives, tools and programs, identify best practices, and implement short-term and long-term action plans.

Support TM and OD Team, where possible, to:

• Design and deliver holistic OD initiatives that will diagnose root cause issues and provide pragmatic, sustainable, innovative solutions for the organization. 
• Build organizational capability where it is needed with a focus on talent development and career growth.
• Best utilize and leverage talent and organizational data.
• Stay relevant in all external talent and OD trends, both inside and outside of industry. 
• Build a strong external network to pressure test best practices and ensure that Parexel remains on the cutting edge in the talent and OD space.

Education and Critical Criteria for Success:

• Bachelor’s degree is required.  Graduate degree in OD, Org Psychology, HR or similar is preferred. 
• 5+ years of OD, talent management, and/or HR relevant experience.
• Highly analytical, and strength in organizing and reporting data/presentations.
• Knowledge and expertise in enterprise data and reporting tools, e.g., Workday, MS Office
• Able to challenge the Talent Management and OD Team for best approaches and insights.
• Comfortable in ambiguity while working in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
• Can work autonomously and possess a high drive for work output.
• Willingness to grow in OD and talent space.
