As a Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) at ICON, you'll work with a collaborative and successful team to support our Clinical Trial Management and Project Management teams with operational activities. The role

Assist the project teams across various projects with the setup, organisation, maintenance and tracking of clinical study documentation

Processing of data collections forms i.e. to log in, track, quality control as appropriate for the study to ensure that study files are inspection ready at all times

To facilitate and coordinate ordering/dispatch and tracking of trial materials (e.g. CRFs, diary cards, lab supplies, drug supplies, and study binders) as appropriate

Run, review and analyse study reports for accuracy and work with the project teams to ensure updates are completed accurately

To work in collaboration with internal and external colleagues to meet project objectives and timelines

serve as a contact for clinical sites for basic requests (e.g., enrolment updates, missing documentation, meeting arrangements, etc.)

Keeping all parties Clinical Operations/ Project Manager/Project Director abreast of any issues within the Project Team which requires attention

Other duties and ad hoc duties as assigned accordingly

What you need

Bachelor's degree or local equivalent in Life Sciences or Science

Strong Administrative skills

Minimum 12-18months experience in a CRO highly advantageous

Organizational skills to support several team members.

Excellent written and verbal communication

Knowledge of ICH GCP, appropriate regulations advantageous

Working Knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Currently located in Auckland and possess current/full working rights to work in New Zealand
