Panel Administrator Team Leader_French Speaker

We are looking for a passionate Panel Administrator Team Leader with a native/bilingual level of French to join us at our Madrid Production Hub office!

The primary focus of the role will be to be responsible for planning activities and managing budgets in a Data Collection (DC) team.

If you want to play a key role in a multi-country, dynamic and committed team this could be the role for you!

What to expect:

• Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information.

• Plan, coordinate and follow-up fieldwork stages for PI projects.

• Implement and follow procedures to monitor and control data collection flow, ensuring regular reports on project evolution and that FW and data delivery timelines are met.

• Monitor key project metrics to drive internal and external client satisfaction.

• Effectively work and communicate with a multi-cultural and cross-functional team.

• Applycriticalthinkingskills in order to foreseeanypotentialdifficulties and findsolutions to avoidthem.

• Develop FW knowledge by identifying market insights in order to provide support on project definition: sample estimation, scope, objectives, timeframes and budget.

• Lead and guide the interviewer team during the project lifespan.

Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements.

• High school graduate or equivalent.

• Native or bilingual level of French is required (interviews will be conducted in this language)

• Very high level of English is required.

• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.

• Experience in team management.

• Good skills with Microsoft Excel is needed.

• Highly organized with experience in working accurately with tight deadlines and under pressure.

• Musthavestrongprioritizationskills and theability to work in a multitask environment.
