Lab Validation Specialist

Role: Lab Validation Specialist

Degree & Field requirement: BS in Science or Engineering, or equivalent

Responsibilities: Responsible for executing analytical studies to analyze total organic carbon (TOC) and conductivity samples to support cleaning validation studies and cleaning verification testing. Responsible for executing analytical methods to determine relative cleanability and recovery percentages to analyze new materials that are introduced into the global supply network, including buffers, process intermediates, and final product samples.

Required skills and experience:

• 0 to 2 years relevant experience in a GxP lab setting or equivalent pharmaceutical industry experience.

• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to follow established procedures and document all experimental activities appropriately.

• Strong analytical abilities, documentation skills, and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate as a team-member and also to run experiments independently.

Strongly preferred skills and experience:

• Experience performing total organic carbon (TOC) or conductivity analysis.

• GxP technical writing experience.

• Equipment validation or qualification experience, such as cleaning validation or sterilization validation.
