RESPONSIBILITIES –

• Assists employees and managers as the initial point of contact for HR programs, policies and procedures questions by answering telephone calls and emails by providing immediate resolution or careful redirection to escalated supported resources.
• Uses available resources such as HR policies, program documentation, handbooks, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) etc. to effectively answer questions
• Collaborates with ER and HR Operations staff members in order to resolve employee issues in a thorough and timely manner.
• Escalates questions and issues which are beyond Tier 1 to the appropriate HR contact for further handling
• Conducts intake for employee relations issues and prepares all required documentation from initial intake to resolution
• Documents and follows-up cases coming through ER using the HR case management system(s)
• Provides high-quality, timely, and professional customer service
• Ensures all issues are handled with consistency, in accordance with Quintiles company policy Maintains confidentiality and sensitivity to all issues and abides by data privacy regulations
• Participates on HR projects as assigned and managed by a Lead or Manager
• Performs other job related assignments as requested
