Senior Database Analyst

Job Overview:
With minimal guidance, administers the supply of data to IQVIA from key suppliers. Be the key IQVIA point of contact for day to day relationships with suppliers

Essential Functions:
• Maintain Supplier Records
• Manage and maintain all supplier-related information (profiles, contact information, contracts, compensation records, compliance).
• Provide written information to stakeholders and executives that will allow them to make decisions related to recruitment and supplier additions.
• Compensate Data Suppliers
• Identify when, to whom, and where compensation for data should be submitted.
• Send monetary compensation or prepare and send IQVIA data in exchange for supplier data.
• Troubleshoot compensation issues as necessary.
• Maintain records related to supplier compensation.
• Monitor Compliance Against Contracts
• Ensure supplier data submissions meet contractual standards.
• Maintain supplier relations through telephone or personal contact.
• Maintain quality of data supply, informing under performing suppliers of areas of low quality.
• Visit data suppliers when required.
• Recruit new data suppliers (e.g. pharmacists or doctors) for new panels or to maintain the statistical validity of a panel.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 8 years experience at a similar level, with relevant knowledge in this area. Experience with Microsoft Access

• Ability to proactively identify complex problems and needs and develop solutions/recommendations to solve problems
• Specialized knowledge of an area of the company's products, pharmaceutical industry or field specific to a major function.
• Ability to manage own time and be well organized

• Negotiating skills
