We are currently looking for experienced candidates for a position as Management Consultant to join our Healthcare team in Denmark.

Management Consultant

  • You will work with different assignments to support the successful execution of client projects focusing on the use of data and different technical solutions in order to drive the Danish healthcare sector forward.
  • Assignments range in complexity from consulting services to being responsible for planning, supervising, and managing small to medium-size projects in close collaboration with the Danish municipalities and hospitals.
  • You will assist with the review and analysis of client requirements or problems and drive the development of proposals and client solutions.
  • You are expected to perform quantitative as well as qualitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client specific solutions. You will also be responsible for developing, and sometimes presenting, complete client deliverables within known/identified frameworks and methodologies.
  • You will work with clients to follow up on deliveries, as well as coordinate and execute client onboarding and gather client’s business requirements to support the delivery of assignments. When facilitating projects, you will collaborate with e.g. the product owner, product development, solution architect, and client managers to plan, prioritize, and execute the client projects balancing customer expectations and the company’s needs and priorities.
  • It is of great importance that you build trust and confidence by actively guiding internal and external clients throughout the deliveries – including risk and issue management, communications and stakeholder management.

Furthermore, it is expected that you contribute to the scaling of the organization and the extension of our products and service offerings.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have:

·       A master’s degree.

·       A couple of years of experience working as a management consultant or similar. Preferably within the Danish healthcare sector.

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with executive levels of management.

·       Experience with resource planning.

·       Ability to create as well as deliver professional, effective presentations and knowing when/how to adjust presentation material for differing audience types.

·       Knowledge of project management methodologies.

·       Client focused with a natural ability to spot opportunities and cultivating client portfolio.

·       Expertise in consulting methods, tools and techniques, related to one’s functional area, including the preparation, execution and follow up on client workshops.

·       You can quickly analyze issues and make decisions on a well-founded basis.

·       Experience with writing client proposals and tenders.

·       Knowledge of the Danish Healthcare Sector is preferred.

·       Fluent in Danish and English (oral and written) is essential.
