Our team of CE’ssupportCapitalEquipmentSales Managers and medicaldevicesalesteamsin the area of Sports Medicine.Theyaretrained on thedevicesusedinorthopedic and otherminimallyinvasive surgicalproceduresthatinclude;arthroscopy,laparoscopy, ENT, and more.  This role provides a uniqueopportunity to learntheropes of the medicaldeviceindustry while gainingvaluableexperiencetodevelop your  skillsetinto a medicaldevicerole.

The overallresponsibilities of theClinicalEvaluator positionincludeprovidingCapital Equipment clinical and sellingsupportinhospital and AmbulatorySurgical settings as set forthbelow,whileensuringcustomerservice, saleslogistics, technicalexpertise, andproductknowledge of highestorder / level.Supportsales process and objectives, drive capitalequipmentevaluation and installationactivities, and provide capital equipment technical supportfor our customersandSurgicalSales team counterparts.

POSITIONDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist client’s salesorganization in supportingCapitalEquipmentproductconversionswith new customers,whileretaining and supportingfurtherpenetrationwithexisting customers. Assistintheattainment of establishedsalesgoalsincludingmarketshareandbusinessexecutionobjectivesinprescribedterritory.Applyknowledgeofsalesprocess,productportfolioandcustomerknowledgetoimprovesalesoutcomes
  • Guideandassistsurgeonsintheoperatingroom throughtheirclinical and CapitalEquipmentproductknowledge. Use his / her productknowledge to present,demonstrate,andensure proper utilizationofclient’sproducts.
  • Supportingcustomers by attendingsurgeries,assuringthattheproperequipmentisavailableandperforming
  • Troubleshoot and provideothertechnicalassistance;handlecustomerandSurgicalSales teamrequests,providein-servicesandtraining,perform field upgradesandequipmentservice.
  • Share key customer,proceduralandmarketplaceinsightswith other sales,clinical,marketingandstrategic accountteams to improve on solutions / servicelevels.Preparesales reports anddocumentsasrequired.
  • ProvideOperatingRoomand Sterile ProcessingDepartmentconsultation
  • Maintenance,tracking and effectivedeployment of equipment,andassetsthroughoutassigned area ensuringproductavailability.Ensureallpromotionalmaterials are maintainedin a presentablemanner.Ensureclient’s services and offering meet highestquality standards
  • Know and followalllawsandpoliciesthatapply to one's job, and maintain the highestlevels of professionalism,ethics and compliance at all times.
  • Analyzeproductperformance and gaininsightsaroundengagements in customerfacilities focused on optimizing the performanceofproducts(bothcapital and consumablesproducts),aswell as optimizeenvironments in which our products are utilized.
  • Focus on customersatisfaction and retention;andimproving the customers’insights intoclient’stangibleandnon-tangiblevalueproposition and solutions.Differentiateproductsversuscompetition by providingthecustomeruniqueinsights.
  • Participateandsupport in the commercialization / implementation of client’snewproducts and solutionswithcustomer

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’sdegreefrom an accrediteduniversity/collegerequired
  • ORAssociatesDegree + 4 yearsrelevantexperience(OrthopedicSales or disciplinesfocused on clinical/surgical/EMT/Nursing/PhysicalTherapy/Rehabilitation,otherpatientfocusedfield/Hospitalenvironments or equivalent)experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree
  • OR 8 years or relevantexperience in lieu of education requirementOR
  • CertifiedSurgicalTechnician, or highlyspecializedselling / medicaltraining or certification (e.g. MedicalSalesCollege)/medicaltraining or certification(suchas in the areas of sports or athletictraining/physicaltherapy/rehabilitation)plus 7 years of relevantworkexperience.
  • Experienced in dataanalysis andhaveexcellent problem-solving skills
  • ResultsOrientation/Sense of Urgencyability to drive to tighttimelines
  • Strong interpersonalskills
