Currently, we are expanding our Learning Enterprise team in Belgium and we are looking for:
Associate Learning Specialist - GCL
Job Overview:
Collaborates with project or program leads to design, develop, deliver, and improve learning products, programs, and services in order to measurably improve corporate readiness, performance, and quality.
Key responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
· Collaborates with all GCL Functional Groups to ensure training requirements are met.
· Develops/Enhances Training Materials, including client specific, as required.
· Participates in GCL Audit Activities related to GCL Learning.
· Collaborates with Continuous Quality Improvement to investigate trends and develop solutions. Uses Root Cause Analysis.
· Ensures compliance with Training records
· Creates/Revises Procedural Documents related to GCL Learning.
· Works frequently within the Learning Management System (LMS) to develop, assign and maintainLearning materials.
· Leads New Employee Orientation
· Primary contact for Audit findings/QE’s related to GCL Learning
· Maintains Training Documents on the Global Repository

Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2 years)
Fluency in English – written and verbal Dashboard development experience in business analytics platforms such as Spotfire; Previous experience providing implementation, operational and maintenance support for cloud applications Experience with support and maintenance of reports and data integrations across multiple applications Good knowledge in SQL, MS Excel, analytics platforms and learning management systems
