Traineeship Description:

This position reports to the Patient Recruitment Director and interfaces with the Patient Recruitment Lead to support service delivery in clinical trial projects. The role also works closely with clinical trial project team as well as other Third-Party Vendors. Specific Responsibilities:

1. Assist Management and Patient Recruitment Operations Leads in completion of scope of work contracted, and other activities of projects as deemed necessary
2. Assist in coordination of project activities for team members regarding their project-oriented tasks to ensure that project milestones are met
3. Assist in tracking resources to assure adequate coverage to meet project deliverables and milestones
4. Manage and maintain data tracking entries into designated tracking systems and tools in accordance with project requirements
5. Assist Managers with periodic report generation and review
6. Other duties as assigned by Management

Technical Skills and Competencies Trainee will learn during SGUnited Traineeship Programme:

1. Active participation in clinical trial recruitment strategy proposal development, including budget and timeline management, objectives and processes
2. Communication and presentation skills
3. Business Development (including strategy and budget)
a) Strategy Development Includes:     
- Working with internal project teams and external sponsors to understand requirement and patient pathway and insights
- Implementing and completing recruitment project plans and activities

b)  Budget and scope management
- Managing vendors and vendor deliverables
- Communicating with study team regarding Recruitment and Retention activities, including but not limited to; presenting at Investigator Meetings, presenting at site training, making follow-up calls regarding patient referrals, tracking logs, receipt of Recruitment and Retention materials
- Assisting with development of system improvements
- Generating and reviewing reports
