Project Analyst- Clinical Laboratory

<div> <p>Sequenom, part of LabCorp's Specialty Testing Group, is focused on women's healthcare tests and non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT). We are seeking a Project Analyst to join its team in San Diego, CA. This position will be responsible for managing a variety of projects collaborating with several departments including: R&D, Marketing, and Laboratory Operations. The Project Analyst will work with the Project Director to help launch the projects, organize meetings with project teams and leaders, and manage the project documentation. Previous life science and/or project management experience is desired.</p> <p></p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage a variety of types of projects in order to ensure timely completion</li> <li>Organize meetings in support of company activities, including scheduling, agenda, minutes, and tracking of action items</li> <li>Monitor project deliverables and timelines, and notify the Project Sponsor when issues arise and takes corrective actions as appropriate</li> <li>Manage project documentation (project charters, project plans, validation documents, etc)</li> <li>Maintain appropriate and secure files of laboratory documentation</li> <li>Review and assess various courses of action to provide an improved basis for management decisions</li> </ul> </div>
