  Job Summary  

The CRL IT organization is looking for an innovative, adaptable, and results-oriented SAP Technology Integration Specialist to join the IT organization to build solutions using SAP CPI. In this role, the hands-on SAP Technology Integration Specialist’s responsibilities include the development of business solutions based on functional and technical requirements and partnering with key IT stakeholders, developers and Functional analysts to understand highest areas of value and develop solutions to service these needs. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Design, build, deploy and support SAP and SAP ECO system-based (SuccessFactors, Concur, Fieldglass) integrations using CPI as a foundation Design and build interfaces using CPI, between SAP and non-SAP systems adhering to the defined security protocols Build complex integration processes, integrating cloud-based and on-premise Enterprise Applications Build integrations with SAP ERP, SAP Success Factors Suite, Kronos Workforce Central, Benefits Focus, Salesforce, Expense management systems, Payroll systems, web service systems, legacy and other third-party systems using SAP CPI Design Complex Mapping Logics Using Java Script and Groovy Script Analyze functional specifications and support functional consultants in designing high quality integration solutions and support UAT and Hypercare  Create innovative and differentiated SAP offerings, staying relevant and in sync with market changes and innovations Demonstrate prototypes and solutions to stakeholders Establish appropriate communication channels to provide timely, consistent, audience-appropriate information across the team Work closely with the offshore team and provide mentorship and guidance

  Job Qualifications  

Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in computer science, engineering, business Administration or related discipline. MBA or other relevant graduate degree preferred.

 

Required Experience:  12 + years overall technology experience with at least 10 years of experience using SAP integration tools Experience in SAP CPI, PI/PO, S/4 HANA Experience in iFlows, modularization techniques, parallel processing, handling large volume of data, API management, message monitoring and tracing, error handling and archiving Experience in JSON and XML conversions, Groovy Script, content modifier, request reply, multicast, router, process call, Local integration process, exception sub process, encoding etc. Experience in security protocols like OAUTH 2.0, SAML 2.0, JWT Bearer Tokens, Certificates, HTTPS/TLS 1.2 etc Experience with ABAP proxies, OData, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, XML, HCP, GIT and SAP Net Weaver Gateway Service Builder Technical certification in SAP CPI desired Experience working in on-site /offshore model and building complex SAP integration solutions for on-premise and hybrid cloud scenarios using integration protocols and adapters. Example of protocols, adapters and formats that come into play are B2B, Flat file, JDBC, EDI, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SFTP, SOAP, REST, RFC, IDOC, ALE/EDI, JMS, JDBC, ODBC etc Experience building and supporting Employee Central Integration between SAP and SuccessFactors and integrating SAP with Salesforce CPQ In-depth knowledge of current IT technologies and state-of-the-art practices, particularly in SAP BTP and CPI Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile environments Strong interpersonal skills including influencing & aligning Effective communication skills for large, multinational audiences Knowledge of ABAP and any of the core ECC modules like FI, MM, SD, PP, PS, IM or WM is a big plus
