As Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing, payment and reconciliation of creditor invoices, investigator payment requests and employee expense claims.Responsibilities:Timely and accurate processing of AP vouchersTimely and accurate payment of AP vouchersManagement of all documentation in line with statutory requirementsReconciliation of creditor accountsAssist in month end close processResolution of issues with suppliers, investigators and employeesParticipation in AP re-engineering projects as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting & Commerce or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in a multi-national Accounts Payable Function
Proficient user of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Good Accounting System Knowledge (Oracle Financial an advantage)
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service
Ability to work under pressure, to strict deadlines with a high volume of transactions
Attention to detail
Ability to work on Own & as a Team player
Good organization skills
