Onekey Client Global Support Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing support for clients with Central Support service in their contract

  • Interact with client by call/email to discuss support cases.

  • Report all support activities in relevant tracking system

  • Use Oracle SQL to collect/analyze data stored in our internal DB

  • Work on IQVIA internal tools to analyze data delivery process

  • Keep himself updated on OneKey products and services.

  • Develop, share and capitalize his/her knowledge.

Expected Skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience in related position

  • Bachelor degree 

  • Interaction with client

  • Problem solving

  • Knowledge of database (Oracle and SQL Server)

  • MS Windows & MS Office tools

  • Spoken and written English (intermediate level)

Nice to have:

  • CRM knowledge and understanding

  • Pharmaceutical  industry knowledge

  • Software Development Life Cycle knowledge
