font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Staying abreast of any revisions or new statutory labor compliance requirements in the region</span></li><li style="margin-left: .75in;"><span style="color: black; font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Coordinating with our external vendor on the compliance calendar for each of the legal entities and implementing required submissions</span></li><li style="margin-left: .75in;"><span style="color: black; font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Reviewing the statutory documents</span></li><li style="margin-left: .75in;"><span style="color: black; font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Coordinating for authorized signatories prior to submitting the final documents to the India Government officials </span></li><li style="margin-left: .75in;"><span style="color: black; font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Monitoring of the expiry of multiple licenses</span></li><li style="margin-left: .75in;"><span style="color: black; font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Monitoring and managing contingent worker compliances</span></li><li style="margin-left: .75in;"><span style="color: black; font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Compliance Records Management</span></li><li style="margin-left: .75in;"><span style="color: black; font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Assists in developing a corporate and social sustainability framework</span></li><li style="margin-left: .75in;"><span style="color: black; font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;"> </span></p><ul style="margin-top: 0in;"><li style="color: black;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Facilitates recruiting process with hiring manager (sourcing, interviewing and selection)</span></li><li style="color: black;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Establishes and maintains open communication with supervisors and managers in determining recruiting needs</span></li><li style="color: black;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Sources candidates, consistently evaluates current and new sourcing opportunities</span></li><li style="color: black;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Ensures all pre-employment screening is completed</span></li><li style="color: black;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Maintains legally required files for job openings and candidate selection</span></li><li style="color: black;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Produces requested information for monthly reports as needed</span></li><li style="color: black;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Any other activities as assigned</span></li></ul><h2>Education/Qualifications:</h2><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelors degree (or country equivalent) in Human Resources </span></p><h2>Experience:</h2><ul><li><span style="color: black; font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">3 years to 5 years in labour compliance preferred and additionally recruiting experience will be an added advantage </span></li><li><span style="color: black; font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Strong written and verbal communications skills</span></li><li><span style="color: black; font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Presentation of problems to appropriate people in an objective and non-judgmental manner</span></li></ul><ul><li style="color: black;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Ability to perform intermediate/advanced computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)</span></li><li style="color: black;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Ability to prioritize work and adaptability to changing work demands</span></li><li style="color: black;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Ability to maintain composure under pressure</span></li><li style="color: black;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Ability to negotiate on issues</span></li></ul>
