Hybrid work What will you work on? The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Canadian payroll function. Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.

• Support bi-weekly payroll preparation for CBS.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees to resolve payroll related issues and support the payroll inbox.

• Ensure timesheets are completed at all levels including working hours and holidays (i.e. SAP notices).

• Support audit of ADP Workforce Now and SuccessFactors data and resolve discrepancies. Who are we looking for? We are seeking a motivated individual with a DEC in Administration or any combination of experience and academic background relevant to the position will be considered, who has g ood knowledge of the laws, principles, practices, and procedures related to the position. Being a member of the Canadian Payroll Association is an asset. The candidate must be fluent in both languages (French and English), both oral and written.
