研究设计 本研究设计为双中心、随机、个体内、分面临床对照试验,采用盲法结果评估。 将包括总共 20 名患有中度至重度面部毛细血管扩张症且皮肤中没有其他临床活动性皮肤病的患者。 毛细血管扩张的严重程度和分布(脸颊、鼻子和下巴)必须在个体患者的面部两侧对称。 所有患者的面部两侧都将接受 IPL 治疗。 在第一次 IPL 治疗之前,面部的左侧和右侧将分别随机接受溴莫尼定 (Mirvaso) 或仅接受 IPL 治疗和空气冷却(对照)。 该研究由丹麦 Bispebjerg 医院皮肤科和比利时“Skinperium”私人诊所之间的国际合作进行。

关于第 1 点的次要疗效终点通过使用 Visia 相机获得的盲法照片评估进行量化,其中将基线照片与最终随访照片进行比较。 第 2 点和第 3 点分别在两个单独的 0-10 点视觉模拟量表 (VAS) 上评估不适/疼痛和患者满意度。 在患者日记中进一步评估患者满意度。
产品 Mirvaso®(酒石酸溴莫尼定 (3.3mg/1g),Galderma Nordic)一克凝胶含有 3.3 毫克溴莫尼定,相当于 5 毫克酒石酸溴莫尼定。

描述
纳入标准:
- 患有中度至重度面部毛细血管扩张症的患者需要激光或 IPL 治疗。 毛细血管扩张的严重程度和分布必须在个体患者的面部左右两侧对称
- 可能会观察到与酒渣鼻有关的毛细血管扩张,但酒渣鼻不得表现出临床活动性炎症或痤疮
- 18-65岁
- 菲茨帕特里克 I-III 型皮肤
- 生育妇女必须在纳入当天记录非反应性尿妊娠试验
在研究期间,生育妇女必须使用有效的避孕措施。 有效避孕定义如下:
- 可注射、可植入或口服的激素;
- 宫内节育器;
- 经腹手术绝育;
- 灭菌植入装置;
- 男性伴侣绝育手术;
- 在接触研究药物之前和整个临床研究期间完全戒除性交两周

- 患有已知肝病或肾病的患者
- 最近一个月内接受过紫外线照射(日光浴或日光浴)或其他会加重皮肤色素沉着的治疗
- 使用可能与治疗相互作用的其他外用药物
- 用光敏药物进行局部或全身治疗
- 孕妇和哺乳期妇女
- 目前参与其他临床试验
- 被认为无法遵守协议的患者,即患有痴呆症、酒精中毒或精神疾病的患者
