Financial Controller - Contract or Permanent

IQVIA has the excellent opportunity to bring a challenging Financial Controller position with homeworking flexibility to Prague, Czech Republic. Working across a number interesting and innovative groups here at IQVIA. This position is open to Contract and Permanent candidates, ideally based in Prague but we are open to flexible homeworking arrangements.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare various internal financials and reports for regional Management, Finance and Sales on regular and ad-hoc basis
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Daily cooperation with Finance director, Sales team and other stakeholders
• Financial short and long-term planning and budgeting, steering and reporting including forecast and budget process
• Gather source data, plans and estimates from sales department and other stakeholders
• Supervise analyst responsible for AR process in CRM Salesforce and cash collection management
• Month-end related activities
• Support for the annual audit process

Your Profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• At least 3-5+ years of work experience in finance/controlling/F&A
• Fluent (spoken and written) in English and Czech is a must
• SAP/ORACLE and Hyperion knowledge is a plus
• Extensive knowledge of Excel and good knowledge of PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, and the ability to work independently
• be comfortable interacting with executive-level management

• Attentive to the details
• A flexible and adaptive team player with a positive attitude and high integrity
