Job Summary We are seeking a highly-motivated, Client Services Representative 1 for our Oncology group for our growing Discovery site located in Worcester, MA.

This Job will offer a $500.00 Sign on Bonus!!

The ideal candidate would have a scientific background, perhaps with hands-on laboratory experience, and/but interested to move into a moreso client-facing career path.

The Client Services Rep1 performs support functions primarily focused on the generation of proposals and pricing for studies performed in our Pharmacology-Oncology group.  Study types include cutting edge exciting areas including ImmunoOncology, syngeneic and xenograft models, in vitro models, and variety of PD readouts including imaging and flow-cytometry.

The following are minimum requirements related to the Client Services Representative 1 - Pharmacology position.

  Education: Associate's degree (A.S./A.A.) or equivalent in a science, business or marketing related discipline.  Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience:  Minimum 1 year of customer service or related experience.  An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above. Other:  Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational skills and attention to detail required. Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
