The role:

We are looking for a Revenue Analyst to join our team located in our Sydney office on a 12-month fixed term contract.  You will be part of a highly visible and interactive small team, where you will be responsible for managing project revenue/accounts receivables for various business lines in an effective and timely manner. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Review and maintain customer contracts in the ERP system
  • Update contract billing and revenue plan as required
  • Monthly AR invoicing - performing financial transactions, such as posting accounts receivable data, providing back up reports
  • Proactively manage cash collection and perform weekly forecast for cash collection
  • Identify, track and report accounting data accurately and follow-up on routine issues flagging non-standard issues to line manager.
  • Provide administration support to help set up project information in the finance system.
  • Preparation of monthly account reconciliations
  • Preparation of monthly financial reports

About you

You’re comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic environment and you’re ready to a step into a role that combines technical work and client interaction. If you have exposure within healthcare, it would be welcomed but it is not required. To be successful you will have:

  • Preferably between 2- 5-years’ professional experience in a relevant field
  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance or Accounting, ideally studying towards CPA
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
  • Excellent organisational, time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible team member, able to multi-task and cope with pressure of deadlines
  • IT literate, advance excel skills
  • Experience with SAP, Peoplesoft or other larger ERP systems highly desired
