Main Responsibilities:

The Patient recruitment manager will be committed to continuous improvement, this includes:

Support the Patient Recruitment team with making calls to potentially suitable study participants

Assist in hiring, training and coaching our team to expand their knowledge and techniques

Lead team meetings to better understand the calls and explain next steps, targets and objectives

Ensure team are achieving desired levels of calls, and where necessary implement corrective action

Assist in identifying trends and review tasks to establish call centre initiatives, objectives and goals

Prepare reports, analysing data to improve processes

focus on operational delivery and resource allocations, measured through targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ongoing monitoring of service levels and key metrics

Oversee activities completed by third parties and providing liaison between them and the Senior Director of Patient Recruitment

Work closely with research sites to achieve enrolment target

Facilitate the development of Innovative Trials' marketing materials/website and helping to raise company profile

You will have a head for numbers and be comfortable working alongside senior management to drive a diverse group of individuals towards challenging yet achievable targets.

Skills and experience:

Able to demonstrate a strong track record of managing a team, where high performance, patient focused culture is the priority

Organised with ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills, handling issues that cannot be fielded by the team

Decisiveness and attention to detail with ability to work to deadlines

Proficiency with necessary technology, Microsoft Office programs; Excel, Word and PowerPoint and phone systems

Polite, professional telephone voice

Good sense of humour
