Sales Operations Manager, anywhere in Europe

PURPOSE

Drives and implements the sales operations infrastructure across RWS sales operations globally.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Drives and leads the effective implementation of sales operations initiatives such as opportunity management tracking and forecasting, market / segmentation research, customer relationship management, customer satisfaction programme, sales training/development and infrastructure projects.

* Works closely with regional and global sales head on ongoing sales progress against targets and gaps to close

* Removes issues hindering the implementation of sales operations initiatives ensuring coordination between local and regional sales operations teams.

* Supports/provides financial data for business and operating reviews across all RWS services

* Coordinates sales operations activities with other functions including service, consulting and business lines, as appropriate.

* Works closely with other functions across RWS to ensure necessary data flow through for resourcing / operational considerations

* Provides feedback to local and global management teams.

* Other tasks, as required by the Head of Commercial and Sales Operations

REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor's Degree REQ

* Typically requires 3 - 5 years of prior relevant experience REQ

* Extensive knowledge of IQVIA offerings and pharmaceutical industry.
