Au sein de notre équipe de support commerciale (Business Coordination), nous recherchons un Assistant Business Coordinateur (H/F) pour un contrat d'apprentissage.
Dans un contexte de forte croissance, notre équipe en charge du chiffrage et de la rédaction des devis est l'interface entre les client managers, la force de vente et les opérations internes. Ses actions et son efficacité sont clé pour répondre au mieux et dans les meilleurs délais aux demandes clients (Grands Comptes, PME, Startup dans l'industrie Pharmaceutique) en déployant de nouveaux outils informatiques intégrés . Vos missions principales seront les suivantes :
Missions :
Aider au déploiement des nouvelles technologies informatiques intégrées auprès des équipes incluant un apprentissage aux outils pour ensuite accompagner les collaborateurs
Participer l'amélioration du suivi et de la gestion interservices (Business Coordination et Service Clients principalement – d’autres Service Support seront impliqués) : organiser un répertoire d'outils, amélioration du mapping des processus, mise en place de processus d'harmonisation, proposer des indicateurs de suivi, les suivre et les interpréter
Aider à la préparation quotidienne des devis (aspects scientifiques, chiffrages associés…) en collaboration avec les Client Managers, les Business Spécialistes et les scientifiques opérationnels
Profil recherché :
• Niveau Bac+2/3 - Filière commerciale, gestion, administratif, excellence opérationnelle
• Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Pack office dont Excel, Outlook)
• Vous êtes enthousiaste, organisé(e) et appréciez le travail d'équipe
• Vous êtes rigoureux(se), vous respectez les délais, procédures et consignes
• Bon niveau d'anglais (écrit) souhaité.
