Manage and direct operations to efficiently produce accurate and timely information for our customers. Own and drive the department strategy with a primary focus on customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions
• Manage staff in accordance with organization’s policies and applicable legislation. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and guiding professional development; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing employee relations issues and resolving problems. Approve actions on human resources matters, including salary administration.
• Collaborate with senior management and other functional leadership to improve efficiencies, project outcomes and quality reporting for organization. Continuously look for process improvement, seeking new ideas and ensuring open communication with staff. May participate in or lead corporate or departmental quality or process improvement initiatives.
• Contributes to or may lead discussions to define the strategic approach for organization, ensuring staff have an understanding of the approach.
• Lead and effectively manage the team's resources and delegate tasks commensurate with skill level. Evaluate workload, quality and metrics through regular review.
• Lead and effectively collaborate with management team to manage project-and team-related challenges.
• Independently handle personnel issues, conflict management, define goals that increase knowledge and skills of staff, and define staff expectations, without involvement of senior managers
• Coordinate projects and resources, ensuring quality deliverables to customers
• Full financial responsibility and accountability for team; responsible for monitoring growth and performance
• Lead departmental strategy implementation objectives, as appropriate. Ensure staff have a consistent understanding and positive impression of business strategy for global objectives
• Selection and on-boarding process of new staff by conducting candidate review and participating in the interview process.
• Will be assigned as a team member on global IQVIA initiatives
• Ensure staff have the appropriate materials, systems access and training to complete job responsibilities
• Improve organization’s business standards. May participate in supporting or attending sales events
• Provide advice, support and guidance as needed and serve as a mentor to colleagues
• Participate in customer meetings as required
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
• Other Degree in Business Management or other related discipline Req
• 15 years  related experience with 7 years line management experience Req Or
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience Req
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word and understanding of costing models
• Excellent knowledge and understand of sales operations and business processes
• Ability to manage multiple day to day projects
• Possess excellent analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and customers
• Knowledge of Salesforce (CRM)
