This is an excellent opportunity for Managers and Senior Managers with exposure to research sites and networks to play an implemental role in driving our organisation towards success.

As Senior Manager - Oncology Site Network - our development will primarily be responsible for the project management, process oversight and timelines with regard to expanding our Global Oncology Site Network business across your specific region, Western Europe, Eastern Europe or the US. Strong collaboration, project management, negotiation and entrepreneurial skills are required to support the identification of new site targets and onboarding them into our Global Oncology Site Network.

Main Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive research into the oncology landscape in your designated countries and research sites there.Identify Research Sites, Investigators and Health Institutes for potential inclusion into our Global Oncology Site Network.Conduct relevant due diligence and support the on-boarding of sites for incorporation into our Global Oncology Site Network.Report to the CEO and Senior Director on all aspects of the development of our Global Site Network in your territory.Be able to confidently project the benefits of our Global Oncology Site Network to research sites and present them with a compelling value proposition.Maintaining ongoing relationships with sites that have been brought into our Global Oncology Site Network, monitoring achievement and satisfaction levels.

To be successful you will need:At least five years' experience in the Clinical Research Industry with exposure to Research Sites.Experience with CRO's, Pharma companies and Health Institutes would help.Demonstrable experience of customer and stakeholder relationship management with a client focused approach to work.Possess executive presence. Capable of establishing immediate credibility with business partners, internal and external, to our Global Oncology Site Network to build consensus and achieve goals through influence and negotiations.Ability to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, preferably practiced in an international clinical research environment.Experienced in delivering presentations at client meetings and training sessions.Ability to liaise and work well with professionals across departments including executive management, senior functional leaders and clinical project teams.Ability to work in a matrix environment and to value the importance of teamwork and collaboration.
