About the opportunity
Your focus initially in this role will be to work on key projects within a specific therapeutic area. You will be identifying key accounts and building the company’s brand in core therapeutic areas, achieving sales targets through identification, access and fostering of relationships with key customers and KOLs while also sharing your knowledge with the team and the wider business.

Responsibilities

  • Identify key customers and decision makers within each key account
  • Develop and implement territory business plans in line with identifying market opportunities
  • Work autonomously to uncover and develop opportunities
  • Share knowledge and experience with the immediate team and cross functional teams

Skills and Experience

  • Experience as a Hospital Representative or key account manager (within the pharmaceutical industry)
  • Excellent clinical aptitude and the appetite to become a knowledge expert in your field
  • An ability to adapt quickly to change and strong resilience.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing and negotiating skills;
  • Tertiary or equivalent qualifications in Science or related discipline preferred
  • Proven results in your current role
  • A desire to progress your pharmaceutical career
  • Knowledge and experience utilising key account management strategies
