Scheduling
• Schedule phone and in-person interviews with Recruiters and Hiring Managers
• Coordinate, schedule and confirm meetings with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers
• Create interview itineraries
• Distribute candidate interview schedules and resumes
• Candidate concierge – travel arrangements, directions, parking, specific instructions
• Reserve conference rooms
Reporting
• Generate recruitment activity reports by hiring manager
• Produce ad hoc reports on request
• Post recruitment advertising as agreed with local HR coordinator
• Book travel arrangements
• Participate in formal staff review processes
Recruitment Support
• Data entry in applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Disposition of candidates in ATS
• Gather interview feedback
• Search resume databases
• Post jobs in the ATS and on job boards
• Review and revise job postings for clarity and consistency in formatting
• Search and establish contacts on social networking sites
• Review applied candidates
• Enter resumes into the ATS
• Social Media management
Skills

• IT literate; experience with Microsoft based applications and general knowledge of PC functions.Qualifications• Adequate administrative experience (1 to 3 years minimum) within a fast paced and progressive environment
• Exposure to a recruitment or HR group is preferred by not required
• Experience in the use of databases, resume/candidate tracking systems and job boards
• Must have proven experience interfacing with senior/corporate executives and managing critical client and vendor relationships.
