Do you have curiosity to look at a market and identify professional talent and engage that talent in career discussions? We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to help represent IQVIA as an employer of choice.  With guidance from Talent Acquisition Consultants & Manager, you will provide comprehensive talent sourcing strategy and project support to management teams, meet the hiring demands at a country or regional level. You will utilize your sourcing skills to scout, source and screen suitable candidates to meet the recruiting demand. You will develop a deep understanding of talent pools, and the talent's career aspirations, and fit for IQVIA now and in the future.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build relationships with Talent Acquisition Leaders, Recruiters or Hiring managers, to understand their needs and help deliver sourcing strategies that meet the hiring needs
  • Source candidates through various channels, including but not limited to internet searches, job boards, employee referrals, cold calling, alumni, social media channels and other internal databases.
  • Screen candidates over the phone and act as the first point of contact for junior level positions.
  • Attend initial briefing meetings, if required, with the Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand the business needs.
  • Communicate IQVIA brand's value proposition to candidates and help them understand how the organization can assist them to develop as professionals at any stage of their career.
  • Map talent in a competitive and lateral industry landscape, around talent pool concepts, understanding their reporting lines, job scope, preferences, and availability for next career challenge
  • Work with data sources from third party talent mapping service providers and incorporate it into the market maps for talent pools
  • Develop reports and regularly provide progress updates and reports

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Ideally 12 months recruitment experience either from external agency or an RPO environment with be advantageous 
  • Ability to source, map and communicate with talent at all levels in competitive and consulting organizations
  • A very high degree of discretion and confidentiality is required
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients
  • Experience using popular attraction and sourcing tools and methods e.g. Boolean search
  • Ability to leverage referrals from talents in the market.
  • Highly organized with an eye for detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be highly motivated and driven with the ability to work independently
  • Have a willingness to learn
  • Open for a challenge in a genuinely fast-paced environment.
