Position Purpose:

We are looking for a passionate Data Management Analyst professional which primary focus will be to maintain product reference databases as part of a project where will be responsible for the set up of new reference data related to Consumer Health sector, in coordination with Belgium and Netherlands Local Office. The product data, which must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date, appears in a wide range of databases and publications used by the company’s customers.

What to expect:

• Identify new products and changes in the Belgian and Dutch markets, transform the related data and update reference databases with new information.
• Search and gather reference information through input data from internal sources.
• Classify products, standardize and group data according to the company hierarchies and business rules.
• Identify and resolve routine exceptions and issues.
• Perform quality control of data maintained and apply corrections as required.
• Maintain documentation of Procedures.

Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Life Science (preferably in Pharmacy) is a must.
• Very high of Dutch level of language is mandatory. Interview will be conducted in this language.
• Work experience in pharmaceutical product information or in the pharmaceutical industry and/or have a familiarity with pharmaceutical and consumer health products and terminology is a big plus.
• Experience of a production environment with workload prioritization would be advantageous.
• Valuable experience maintaining and updating databases.
• Good organizational, team work and communication skills are required.
• Ability to carry out moderate analysis and information gathering to resolve problems.
• Good attention to detail with the ability to work accurately within the pressure of tight deadlines.
• Ability to think out-of-the-box to resolve problems on non-routine matters.
• Computer literate.
