Project Leader

The Project Leader in this role will be responsible for building and managing a Hematology/Oncology clinical educator team, managing budgets, act as a liaison with our customer in developing project strategy and direction.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Nursing, required.
  • Active Nursing license in good standing required.
  • Minimum of five years of Hematology and/or Oncology experience preferred.
  • Equivalent work experience in project management required.
  • Three years management experience in the pharmaceutical industry required.
  • Pharmaceutical industry product launch experience required.
  • Demonstrates experience with strategic initiative, managing change and developing nursing programs preferred. 
  • Financial experience such as monitoring budgets and managing asset allocation preferred.
  • National travel – 75% required
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire and coach team to success
  • Demonstrated ability to display regional leadership, performance management and career planning
  • Demonstrated business acumen, customer and marketplace expertise
  • Ability to work as a team player
