Medpace's Clinical Pharmacology Unit is currently seeking a full-time Associate Director for our Recruitment and Community Affairs department. We are seeking an experienced candidate that will oversee recruitment of volunteers, and help lead the department. Responsibilities Oversee recruitment of volunteers, in a timely and cost-effective manner, to completeclinical study panels complying with study protocols, Sponsor objectives, and relevantstandards or regulations (Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Laboratory Practice,Good Clinical Practice);Establish and administer a budget for recruiting;Design, implement, and evaluate general and targeted communications and advertisingprograms to recruit volunteers for clinical studies;Design, maintain, and enhance study subject database and scheduling system in conjunctionwith the Information Technology department;Buy and place all media advertisements;Schedule recruitment start-ups and monitor progress, maintaining close communications withthe management team to ensure recruitment goals are being met;Set standards and administer discipline for recruiting staff;Develop and implement a training program for new employees in recruitment;Present Medpace Clinical Pharmacology Unit in a professional manner to the volunteer,Sponsor, and the community; Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of recruiting and community affairs experience;Develop metrics for evaluation of recruitment and external communications programs; andManage overall Recruiting & Community Affairs department.
