Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter

The EMEA Talent Acquisition team are a highly collaborative team of smart and driven individuals who enjoy making a lasting impact within healthcare. Our Recruiters hire within three key areas: Clinical, Commercial and Tech/Consulting.

To support the continued investment into our EMEA Talent Acquisition team, we are looking for an experienced Headhunter to hire Recruiters based across EMEA. You will act as a trusted partner to the Senior Leadership Team and provide knowledge of the market and effectively support strategic staffing goals.

• Sourcing, selecting and hiring experienced Talent Acquisition individuals via headhunting, direct sourcing, social media activities, recruitment fairs and events

• Keeping abreast of market trends to provide regular evaluations of the applicant pool to enable better understand the company’s ability to attract competitive candidates

• Working alongside Senior Leadership team on talent strategy

• Ensuring a first-class candidate experience when interviewing with IQVIA

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Minimum 4 years’ recruiting experience within a staffing function or as a specialist

• Hands on experience of hiring in the Rec-to-Rec market or similar, or a real interest in hiring Recuriters

• Solid experience of passive sourcing techniques as well as market mapping and talent pooling

• Sound knowledge of EMEA recruitment legislation

• Previous ATS experience (Workday preferred)
