Triage Manager

Job Overview
Triage Managers is responsible for identifying proposal developers to support the development of proposals based on request for proposals submitted by our customers. Triage managers will also support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for the line management team. Triage Manager will support all triage-related activities for new opportunities as well as existing projects in accordance with SOPs, policies and practices.

Essential Functions

• Work with a global team to identify resources for work assignment.
• Manage proposals triage tracker and mailbox.
• Work with Business development to negotiate turn around times and due dates for proposals.
• Develop dashboards and reports to help with resourcing.
• Global CRM Compliance Team Bi-Weekly Meetings 
• Work with a global team to help with overflow from other regions.
• Monthly Meetings with Line managers to discuss their teams work rate and progress.
• Account Alignment quarterly presentations with Global Line Management team.
• Yearly Presentations around the 1st of the year to present to Line managers and leadership.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years working experience with CRO, proposals development a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Business Management or related field.
• Possess strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Medium to Advanced Excel and Word knowledge.
• Advanced English.
