Is a trusted partner to the Head of T&L and the T&L team. Working to support the team in achieving our strategic, operational, data and presentation deliverables. Is adaptable and flexible in the role to support a rapidly evolving T&L function.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage project administration and coordination as directed
  • Provide administration support to Head of T&L, delivering PowerPoint and excel documents regularly
  • Research market and internal best practices as directed
  • Coordinate and keep up to date T&L marketing assets, representing team initiatives and offerings
  • Act as team liaison-point to connect the dots between the T&L team
  • Able to work in an agile manner to accommodate changing priorities within the role
  • Develop effective team relationships with other HR functional areas, to ensure we are aligned and leveraging each other’s expertise vs duplicating efforts
  • Participate in task forces and working team to achieve HR strategy

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Common sense and proactive approach to work
  • Ability to identify functional constraints and identify solutions.
  • Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality  
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and maintain effective working relationships
  • Self-starter able to find out of the box solutions
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize
  • Ability to manage resources and multiple projects simultaneously under pressure and within deadlines
  • Very strong analytical skills, project management, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
  • Agile in work style with ability to flex as needed

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other related field.
  • 1 or more years of related experience in HR, Talent, Learning
  • Works independently or with a team on multiple projects as a project team member
