Partners with Senior Director, FP&A to drive overall company financial performance with a strong focus around FCF, Working Capital and DSO metrics.  Provides subject matter expertise and direction on financial analysis, systems and processes. Delivers frequent, clear, and standardized reporting to be used with SVP, FP&A, CEO and CFO to ensure alignment and understanding of financial results and forecasts.

Responsibilities include:
•    Drive overall company financial performance to ensure the company delivers external expectations for revenue, EBITDA, EPS, and FCF.
•    Partner with Controllership and IR teams on external reporting and disclosures needed for earnings release and investor events.
•    Partner with Treasury team in share count forecasting and projections 
•    Support FCF and cash deployment analysis for the company.  Engage in total company FCF forecast model, along with reporting of FCF and key balance sheet metrics.  Understand impacts from cash deployed for share repurchase, acquisitions, and capex.
•    Works with collections teams globally to prepare analytics around A/R, aging, Past-due by customer, DSO and other ad-hoc reporting 
•    Prepare presentation and backup materials for board of directors’ meetings and mid-quarter updates.
•    Develop specific business metrics that support timely and actionable information flow for short-term operational and long-term strategic planning purposes.
•    Supports process improvement projects to reduce process cycle times and improve financial forecast accuracy and quality
•    Review and analyze new business initiatives and investments to ensure strong financial returns and impacts on the business
•    Develop strong relationships and communication with Corporate, Business, and finance leadership to better understand market dynamics and impacts that may impact financial results.
•    Interacts with local and regional FP&A staff, assisting them in becoming better strategic advisors and business partners.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree, CPA qualified (or equivalent) and 12 years’ experience in accounting including 3 years’ line management experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
