As an engineer in our development team, you will be placed in a fast-paced environment where you will help to build and ship important features, help manage IT operation and sysadmin task. Summary

Under the direction of the IT Manager, this individual will work in an integrated computer network environment. An employee in this classification performs a full range of programming and analytical functions requiring a technical computer background. Responsibilities include code, test and debug computer programs, modify existing programs, write and maintain user documentation.

Primary Responsibilities

Jr. Programmer/Analystwill, under the direction of other programmer/analysts, analyze user specifications and requirements, encode, test, debug, and document programs, revise and update programs and documentation as required, solve challenges inherent in application development when questions arise concerning Company products. Review and understand customer requirements and specifications. Design and develop applications, software solution that conforms to technical specification and/or customer requirements. Test, debug and add enhancements to existing applications. Create technical documentation on new design and enhancements. Work with Source control system and Issue tracking system. Be part of an agile team where we respond rapidly to customer feedback, step up regularly to tackle unexpected challenges Analyze and help resolve software related issues from customer support team and recommend solutions

Knowledge or interest in learning PHP/Laravel, MYSQL, jQuery/Angular, CSS preprocessors (SASS)Programming skills and good understanding ofsoftware development cycle.Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and Object Oriented Analysis & Design.A good understanding of relational database design and writing optimized SQL queries, triggers and stored procedures.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational, time management and follow-up skills.Ability to identify, prioritize and execute tasks to meet project deadline.Ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance from Seniors.

Preferred:Ability to understand details of computer program design.Demonstrates a good understanding of quality processes and the ability to produce high quality solutionsSoftware lifecycle development experienceStrong customer service skills in working with users.
