Job Summary
This role is responsible for leading the Product analysis team for our Design & Planning tools, including product analysts and UX. This role is accountable for scoping and documenting new platform features and offerings, as well as maintaining existing features. This role also has accountability for quarterly planning and delivery/maintenance of the Product Roadmap.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
Accountable for definition and design of new features and offerings for a portfolio of products
Management of product analysis team
Build and maintain product roadmap
Oversee the quarterly planning process
Track and manage commitments and customer expectations
Communicate internally and with customers
Support product architecture discussions and project manage cross-module solutions and other large and/or complex projects
Represent technology in discussions with customers, the broader IQVIA organization, and other vendors
Support thought leadership, press releases, conference exhibits, and other communication activities
As requested by Sales, participate as domain expert in support of business opportunities
As requested, support quality team in preparing and participating in audits
Other duties as assigned

Minimum Experience Requirements
BS in CS or related discipline; graduate degree preferred
Minimum 15 years of experience
At least 7 years of experience leading teams in a software development environment building SaaS solutions
Skill Requirements
Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems.
Facilitation of collaboration with cross-functional team members
Experience directly managing and building a team.
Experience building scalable processes
Strong project management skills including managing projects through an SDLC
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage people directly, mentor and build credibility in cross-functional teams
Experience working on building and deploying SaaS solutions
Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Attention to detail
