Manages vendor releases and internal configuration releases for cloud application deployments. Serves as primary coordinator between vendors, business counterparts and other Information Technology staff. Negotiates priorities, coordinates assignments, monitors status, and provides periodic reporting to stakeholders. Identifies and resolves roadblocks. Oversees and/or completes required documentationto remain compliant with procedures. Otherduties may include applicationmanagement, production support,and systems analysis.

Requirements

Experience working as a Project Manager in a cloud application environment, managing release cycles for vendor releases as well as internal configuration releases.

Experience working with cloud vendors.

Proficiency withproductivity tools MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.

Strong technical background.

Experience evaluating and objectively prioritizing business value.

Experience evaluating ideas against total product portfolio and strategy.

Experience assuming personal responsibility for project delivery.

Firm understanding of system development life cycle/methodologies.

Understanding of the clinical research process flow and drug development processes considered a plus.

Knowledge of Veeva systems considered a plus.

Working Conditions

Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment.

Frequently drives to site locations and frequently travels both domestic and international.

Physical Demands

Frequently stationary for 6-8 hours per day. Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists.

Moderate mobility required. Occasional crouching, stooping, bending and twisting of upper body and neck.

Light to moderate lifting and carrying (or otherwise moves) objects including luggage and laptop computer with a maximum lift of 15-20 lbs.

Ability to access and use a variety of computer software developed both in-house and off-the-shelf.

Able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand; with the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.

Frequently interacts with others, relates sensitive information to diverse groups both internally and externally.

Ability to apply basic principles to solve conceptual issues. Performs a wide range of variable tasks as dictated by variable demands and changing conditions with little predictability as to the occurrence.

Ability to perform under stress. Ability to multi-task.
