Statistical Programming Technician

IQVIA is looking for talented and enthusiastic maths, statistics and computer science students to join our dynamic and vibrant team in Reading for a one year placement (August 2020 to August 2021). Successful candidates will help to analyse and report the clinical trials of the future and become a part of the next chapter in Human Data Science. Your role

• You will be involved in clinical trials from mainly Phases II and III of clinical research, in a variety of therapeutic areas.
• Your tasks will primarily include using the SAS® programming language for the production of data sets/ summary tables/ graphs and listings of clinical trial data and writing specifications to document these.

• You are studying for an undergraduate BSc in Maths, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
• You are excellent communicator and have problem solving skills.
• You have an initiative, and the confidence to contribute effectively in a multi-disciplinary, team based environment, working with colleagues in the office and around the globe.
